Bromwile comes from a modest family. He was at an old abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of town. This happened to be a favorite get away spot for him as it allowed him time to play and use his imagination. While lost in his own thoughts he ran into Aston and his crew rummaging around his hidden treasure trove. At least in Bromwile’s mind it was. The boy’s were destroying the items he had been collecting and hoarding. Aston and his crew proceeded to circle Bromwile and in his mind he can see he will get pummeled again. The kids attacked and proceeded to punch, kick and beat Bromwile to the ground. In a fit of fear and rage, claws sprouted from his fingers and his eyes took on a copper tint. Both hands swing outwards swiping two kids across the face and then pointing his hands at Aston green jets of acid flowed from his hands toward Aston.
As shocking as this was to Aston, it was just as shocking to Bromwile. Aston went down screaming in agony as the other children and Bromwile fled. Not knowing if Aston was dead or alive all he could think about was getting home. Hearing the story of what happened Bromwile’s parents knew the best thing for their son was to have him flee. Aston’s parents were well off in the community and would want to have Bromwile punished and worst case killed if enough harm was done to Aston.
Packing some quick supplies, grabbing a dagger and some coins from his parents. Bromwile heads out into a scary new world. Partially excitement of the new and adventures he will have to lead for real, mixed with fear of having to leave everyone and everything he knows behind.
As Bromwile is leaving and trying to figure out what to do next, he recalls stories about his grandfather. Maybe he could help me out. It is as good a place to start as any.
